cvs compilation errors

compiled and installed arts, kdelibs and --prefix=/my-dir.
kdebase (updated form 10 min ago) gives :

regular-expressions.docbook:7: validity error: No declaration for element 
expressions</emphasis>. It documents regular expressions in the form
