kdecvs - knotify errors

hi,

i've just finished compiling kde 3.1 beta from cvs. 
the compilation went ok, no errors.

i've kept my old kde (3.0.3) just in case, and when i am starting the new kde, 
i get those anoying knotify error messages saying its been crushed, and they 
keep popping  up every 2 second's or so.

i am using debian sid.

for starting kde3.1, i've added to my ~/.bashrc :

export  KDEDIR=/opt/kdecvs
export  PATH="$KDEDIR/bin:$PATH"


did anyone see this before, or has any idea about what may be causing this ?
