SpamAssassin in Kmail?

The spamc/spamd combination works fine for me, with KMail. I followed this 
guide:

(near the bottom of the page)

Every mail gets a X-Spam-Status header after being passed through spamd, and 
anything with the X-Spam-Flag gets filtered to a Spam directory.
