Where to send error report?

Where should I send the following error report?  

Apparently, my sound server (ymf2pci.o) on Woody 2.2.20, KDE 2.2.2,
generated a "CPU overload" message, which in turn generated
a kNotify message, that crashed.  

There popped a little window that said I might want to 
send the attached error report to the programmers, but
that's all I know about.
