Well, without being sarcastic at all, yes:  check the archives.  This has been 
answered many times already.  The reason mozilla is opening the file locally 
(from kmails cache) is because its being told to.  You will need to change 
the command for mozilla to either `mozilla %u` or `mozilla %U`.
