problems launching konqueror

Thank you Hasanen! I removed all the files in the /tmp
directory and now I can launch Konqueror just fine.
One more question if you don't mind. Should I remove
everything from this directory once in a while?
I see there are subdirectories in the /tmp directory.
What are they for? Are the temporary Internet files/directories?
Here is what I did and you will see the remaining directories below:
