Bring up Mozilla with Kmail

Add mozilla to the file associations (via Konqueror or
via kcontrol) for html files. I'm on my work Windows
PC just now so I cannot check details, but you may (or
may not) need to add the parameter %u. Make it the top
of the list of associations for that type.

One problem (a problem with mozilla not KDE I think):
if you have mozilla already running, then when you
click on a link mozilla will object to you trying to
use the same profile twice. There are ways sort of
around this using the --remote parameter. You'll have
to look that up on mozilla.org for details and try
things out yourself.
