GnuPG and Taskbar clock

Hi Terry,
Thanks for your reply. This is a strange problem, and I'm not sure where
to go on this. I won't bother the KDE folks, because this doesn't appear to
be an OS issue. For instance, on this startup, I checked the CMOS time, and
it's correct, as it has been before on similar checks. When Mandrake 8.2 /
KDE finally came up, it now reads 2:25 PM, with the correct date, but the
time now is actually 6:26PM EDT. To see if it's the Linux system, I
rebooted into Windows 98, and it is off by the same amount also.
Yet some days, it will read correctly after boot. So my system time is
correct always, it has a new battery, but there is a broken link somewhere
between the System time and how each OS obtains the CMOS time. I don't have
any experience at the system level to know not only what's wrong, but even
where to go to ask what's wrong. So, thats about it for me I guess.
If you have any information, I'd be happy to receive it, or you can email
me directly.

You'll note the email time is correct, I set it again before I sent this
reply.

Thanks,
Robert
