GnuPG and Taskbar clock

Hi guys,
   My sincere thanks to Robert and Ingo for your help.   I wanted to get GnuPG 
going most importantly, and it now works fine, thanks to you guys.
The clock is still malfunctioning, but on this session, it is running 
perfectly.   Tomorrow, it may read 4 hours different, I can never predict 
when it goes wacky.   Ingo, I bookmarked those pages, but there was nothing 
on the taskbar clock in there that I saw.   If you see something, let me know 
please.
