GnuPG and Taskbar clock

Nope.  They are correct.   Today, the time is correct, but the date is Oct 
11th instead of the 15th.   Sometimes after I reset the time, the whole 
screen goes black, and sometimes never comes back.  I have to back out of X 
and restart again.   Not all the time.   Today, it went black, but came back.
I'm not sure, but I think it's not related to the time issue, but who knows...
