kmail crashes attaching large files

Additonally, SMTP does not know hwo to resume a interruped transfer.
So if you have already transferred 86MB and then the connection breaks, 
your client will have to start transmitting again from the start of the 
mail.
This can happen at every hop the message takes.
One reason why most mailservers will reject such a giant mail.
