how to unmount a 'busy' floppy?

from umount -f /mnt/floppy  get:

  umount2: Device or resource busy
  umount: /dev/fd0: not mounted
  umount: /mnt/floppy: Illegal seek

and from umount -l I get:

  umount: invalid option -- l
  Usage: umount [-hV]
         umount -a [-f] [-r] [-n] [-v] [-t vfstypes] [-O opts]
         umount [-f] [-r] [-n] [-v] special | node...
