Automatically selecting identities in a new mail with kmail

I've finally switched to kmail, after a long time procrastinating. I've been a 
mutt user. Not a heavy customiser, but I DO like mutt send-hooks which allow 
you to do things based on e.g. To addresses.

Like many of us, Imhave several emaill addresses, which I need to use for 
different purposes. I have filters setup in kmail so that if I'm replying to 
a mial from bigboss at company.com, my niall at company.com identity is used. But 
if I create a new mail to bigboss at company.com, is there any way to force 
kmail to select my niall at company.com identity for that mail. It's not so hard 
to pick an identity from the box, I know, but computers are supposed to do 
this sort of thing for us.

I have RTFM but there didn't seem to be anything there to address this.
