Where do .moc files come from?

I had the same problem. Don't know if it's fixed now, but I had to issue the 
commands to create the .moc files manually in several modules. Here is a 
quick way to do that when you run into troubles:

make `grep -e '^.*\.moc:' Makefile | cut -d : -f 1`
