KDE speed

The one thing I did to optimize KDE 3.0 for my systems was to rebuild the rpms 
for my architecture. I noticed improvements in startup times, using Liquid, 
everything without a change in stability. I rebuilt qt and kdelibs for the 
greatest effect, doing the other programs didn't have as great an effect.
