Shortcut to pop up context-menu?

I think that are bugs on the applications.
I am an application programmer myself, and I didn't know that there was 
this shortcut, so I usually create my conext menus only on right mouse 
button.

You could file bug reports for the important KDE programs that don't work 
with shortcut.
