What to do when we find bugs in CVS HEAD ?

Of course. Either via bugs.kde.org or by sending a bug report to the 
corresponding mailing list (e.g. kde-devel or kde-core-devel for bugs 
in kdelibs).

But before you report a bug in CVS HEAD please first wait some (>=2) 
days, update, recompile and see if the bug is still present. As many 
bugs in CVS HEAD are fixed rather quickly reporting bugs too fast would 
only cause unnecessary noise.
