printer not found

I've installed a lan printer on my suse 8.0

Test page is ok.

When I try to print from a kde application (ie : on Kmail Message>Print) 
I have this error message

"Si è verificato un errore durante il recupero della lista stampanti:
La richiesta IPP non è riuscita per un motivo sconosciuto."

english should be something like :  

"an error occours getting printer list...
ipp request didn't work for an unknown reason"

Can anybody help me?
