Deleting bookmarks

Thanks.   Tried that.  

But sometimes I'm very stupid - checking again, the bookmarks I was trying to 
get rid of were headed 'Netscape bookmarks' and I assumed were copied from 
Netscrape when I first installed Konq - and Konq wouldn't edit them.    But 
it seems Konq must read Netscrape's bookmarks file every time it starts up 
because deleting them in Netscrape made them go away in Konq as well.
