A little help please: KDE Media Player won't play WAV files.

If kaboodle or artsplay can play the wave file in question it is a noatun 
issue. I they can't it is an arts issue.

Unfortunately I don't know enough about arts for more in depth theories.
Maybe Playobject Wave didn't get compiled or cannot be found by arts.
