Massive DCOP problems, all DCOP enabled apps crash

This is what I thought too, and may have worked in the past. No luck
this time though. Anyone know how to get more debug output from
dcopserver or kdeinit? I know there is a DCOP Communication error, I
just can't figure out why, or how to fix it.
