Multiple SuSE 8.0 installations

Well if you use the upgrade feature it should leave the settings alone
(though the only reason to do this is if you got 7.x installed and upgrade
to 8.0) If you do a fresh install everything is overwritten.

No uninstall tool for the whole SuSE. Of course you can uninstall single
apps using either rpm or Yast2.
Of course you can reformat it all.
If you are playing around a lot and are expecting reinstalls, think about
using seperate partitions for /home, your data-directories and so on.
