Compilation Problem 3.0.5a kdelibs - kspell

I had/have the same problem, see bug 51952 [1]. A possible workaround is to 
symlink the dtd into the kspell dir:

cd /usr/src/kdelibs-3.0.5a/doc/kspell
ln -s ../../kdoctools/customization/dtd
make
