If you have Italian set up, you should have a little button on the 
panel.  If you click on it, you either get the next language or have a 
choice -- pick Italian.  Then do what I did for German, go through the 
keyboard to find out where the oddball keys are (it's been too many 
years since I used a German keyboard, so it wasn't intuitive for me).  
Seek and ye shall find.
