New to Linux: Accidentally deleted K on the panel

The K button:
Right klick an empty spot on the panel.
Select 'Add'
Select 'Special Button'
Select 'K Menu'

The Control Centre Button:
Unfold the K Menu
Drag the menu item 'Control Centre' to an empty spot on the panel and 
drop it there.
