Nope; that cannot be done with xinerama.
However, if you used non-xinerama dual-head, you could almost do it.
There are basically 2 types of dual-head setups: Xinerama and dual-window
manager.
With xinerama, XFree just makes both displays one big display... so (unless
there is specific code written) the applications don't know that they are two
monitors.. they just know that the resolution is 2048x768 (if you're running
two 1024x768 screens).
That said, there is some specific code in KDE for some nice Xinerama options,
but not what you're looking for.
The other option is to use dual head, but don't enable xinerama. This will
bring up two window managers, two kickers, two kdesktops... This won't allow
you to drag windows between the two monitors, but you will be closer to what
you want.
