KDE 3.1b Pager and Taskbar propertie access pb ..

Hello, 
I use a Mandrake 8.2 so I downloaded KDE 3.1beta Rpm for this distrib.

The problem I have is that nothing appends when I right-clik on the
panel or taskbar selecting "configure virtual desktop" or "configure
Panel" !.

Is there a command line available fo these opération so I can read the
error message to find out the problem ? Or somebody knows why ? ( a
right pb ?)
