It's a flat file that I designed. However, I've since discovered that the
problem was that the importer doesn't like leading blanks.
On the other hand, I've now completely corrupted my addressbook and it looks
like I'll have to start it over from scratch.
Importing 5000 names into kaddressbook is very, very slow, by the way. And
killing the process while it is running is very bad for the addressbook.
PS: Is one really limited it just 5 fields on import? This limitation seems
most unfortunate.
