how to turn on thumbnail?

I'm not sure what it's called.  I had it turned on before I upgraded to KDE 
3.0.2 in Mandrake Linux 8.2 (which, annoyingly, kept both KDE 2 and KDE 3.0.2 
installed).  In the right pain of the Konqueror File Manager mode, I want to 
see thumbnail images for JPEG's, GIF's, etc.  I can't find where to turn this 
on!  Help.
