JavaScript does not working in Konqueror...

So I try everything. I found also one guy on USENET who have same problem, but 
nobody suggest solutions there. I don't know what next. Strange is that when 
I chcek settings JavaScript is active globaly. When I open page with scripts 
ang go to menu Tools -> HTML settings there is JavaScript disable. When I 
check it and try click on link then go back to menu JavaScript is disable 
again. This really makes me slightly mad! I hate solution less situations.
