JavaScript does not working in Konqueror...

Java has nothing to do with JavaScript besides containing the word "java".
Oh well, they have similar syntax too.
Java worked form me in most cases but I heard there can be problems with Java 
and Konqueror 3.0, resulting in Java applets loaded but not displayd.

No idea why JavaScript is "automatically" switched off for Marian.
Did you try to deaktivate javaScript globally but create an accept rule for 
the site of your bank?
