Help! i18n and KDE2.2 problem on Mandrak8.2

Thanks for your help, Lau. Yes, it indeed solved most of my problems
with KDE. But there are still two remaining:
1) The desktop (background) still use a Chinese font for the texts under
icons.
2) Mozilla 0.98 (from Mandrake8.2 RPM) seems to use a "system font" for
menu item, which looks absurdly small. It's not the menu font used by
KDE programs (e.g. Konsole). It might be a XFree86 or GTK thing. Is
there any way to config it?
