KMail1.4 - POP-Filter

hi,
is it possible that the pop-filters doesn^t work? i^m using the cvs-snapshot 
20020327 / KDE3.0.5...
i think the filters worked in one of the betas..

i created a filter with subject [stricq] - it should delete the mail.... but 
when i get new mails, kmail is downloading the mail...
