Printer spooler

Hello,

Is there a way that I can access and manage the spooler on an HP Printer that 
is connected to a Windows 98 and NT 4.0 computer using KDE? I can see the 
workstations using smb://computername/ and I can see a shared printer folder, 
$PRINTER, but I cannot seem to figure out how to access the spooler to change 
or delete a print job.
