SOLVED Re: [SLE] KDE3 exits with DCOP errors

Just thought I'd pass this along for others to see...

Nope. but thanks to that suggestion, I was able to start KDE3 after adding the following to ~/.vnc/xstartup :

        export KDEDIR='/opt/kde3/'
        export QTDIR='/usr/lib/qt3'

before the 

        kde3 &
