I've just had a look at the specs. This looks just like a standard keyboard 
and mouse to the computer and the receiver plugs into those ports so no 
drivers are used which would suggest that you have messed up your X config 
file somehow. I cant see any reason it wont work with a standard X server but 
I dont know about XiGraphics. I would check that you have the mouse dev 
selected
