Sorry still unable to reproduce, the mirror is fine. Did a test from one of our
UK servers and it downloaded the file without interruption in 75 seconds. My
previous tests were from my home connection (i'm in APAC) and also performed
fine.
Given I am not receiving complaints from elsewhere, this appears to be an issue
specific to you, indicating either:
1) Your local network (wifi/ethernet), switch, router or modem/ONT has a fault
that only surfaces on long duration, high bandwidth connections
2) Your ISP is otherwise blocking or filtering the connection
For (2) I would suggest checking to see if it always drops at the same point in
the file - if it does then that is indicative that some form of network
filtering is in place.
For (1) the only way to diagnose that is through substituting equipment, or
where possible, more directly connecting your computer to the internet (so
ethernet cable directly to the router if you normally use wifi for instance).
If your connection is some form of mobile (4G/5G) or satellite then network
provider (ISP) level filtering would not be surprising.
