Skrooge Handbook Missing

The Skrooge Handbook is missing from the 25.10.0 version. pressing f1 form
my Skrooge app links "The application *skrooge* could not be found. Please
check if you entered the name correctly, or use the navigation on the left
to access the complete KDE User Documentation." search is no help.
Using Skrooge.org and using your link for handbook access gets the same
results. Could you email me a good link to the Skrooge handbook.
