Thanks for reaching out about Kdenlive, glad to hear you're happy with it!

In terms of the website, it is maintained using Hugo and is available at
https://invent.kde.org/websites/kdenlive-org - being open source software
like the rest of KDE. Note that KDE software is only partially mirrored to
GitHub, the canonical source where all merge requests, etc. should be
submitted is invent.kde.org.

For the translated version of the site, this is done using the same
infrastructure as our applications, so the site itself doesn't need to be
changed - it is the translation that needs to be updated. In this case
the translation is maintained by the Arabic translation team for KDE, whose
contact information can be found at
https://l10n.kde.org/team-infos.php?teamcode=ar - i'd recommend reaching
out to them regarding your concerns.
