text is aligned to left in RTL mode

For Arabic language (RTL), the text should align to right. In
https://kde.org/ar/announcements, it is align to left. 

For example, in 
https://kde.org/ar/announcements/plasma/6/6.6.0/

all text body are aligned to the left which is annoying for RTL languages.
