Issue with refresh rate of external monitor

Hi KDE team,

Really loved the customization and theming in KDE desktop, really loving it
and don't want to leave it so i am here seeking for help.

So the issue is that I am using Manjaro KDE (wayland) and my setup includes
a laptop which supports 120 hz refresh rate, and my external monitor
supports 144HZ refresh rate , but the issue is that i am getting this 120
hz refresh rate on laptop but on external monitor i am only getting 60Hz ,
People and AI are saying its the issue of wayland, if i switch to x11 the
issue will be solved. Just wanted to get this information from your side
whether the issue will be fixed on wayland with future updates or this
isn't wayland issue, it's some configuration issue that can be fixed.

Please let me know the same.
