heads up on the published page links:

so I visit
https://www.digikam.org/
I click on documentation in the upper right of the layout
I scroll down about a screen and I see a table with 4 items:
The manual
the book
the faqs
the tutorials

so I click on ‘the tutorials’
which points at
https://userbase.kde.org/Digikam/Tutorials
 but produces the error
