The slowness of KDE Identity when it comes to registration is down to
issues with OpenLDAP.
Works are underway to replace it but there is only so much we can
accomplish at any one time i'm afraid.

Without specific examples I can't comment on the UX issues you encountered,
but many others have registered successfully without issue.

As for our CAPTCHA, it is a standard Google reCAPTCHA so not sure why you
are having issues.
