Qustion about the status of info on the page you link to

Hello Webmaster,

Donating to KDE following the guidance at [1] I read the info provided 
in the MEMO at [2].

I wondered if this information is still relevant. The dates mentioned in 
the MEMO [2] are in 2001, 2003, 2004 and 2006, and most dates are 
mentioned as lying in the future at the time of writing the MEMO.
It's 2025 now, some 20 years later - surely some progress has since been 
made, and cross border EURO-payments between EU countries are well 
established by now? Reading the info at [2] was a bit off putting at 
first, for me, and almost kept me from donating. Perhaps this is true 
for others as well?

Just trying to help. Please, keep up the tremendous work; I thoroughly 
enjoy KDE's products.
