SUMMARY
When opening a topic that contains an apostrophe (') in its title, the
apostrophe is displayed as ' instead of '.  My topic is pending.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Open a topic with ' in title

OBSERVED RESULT
The topic is shown in your 'pending' topics with  '

EXPECTED RESULT
The apostrophe should be displayed normally as '.
