SUMMARY
Section 3.2 of the documentation lists a `run-tests` config option, and
mentions: "Related command-line option: --run-tests, --no-run-tests" [1].
However, these options are not documented in Section 4 [2].

OBSERVED RESULT
No documentation for `--run-tests` or `--no-run-tests`.

EXPECTED RESULT
Documentation for these, and any other, command line options.
