skrooge.org: No content for some languages

Hi,

I am just trying to inform you, that the scrooge.org page about the KDE Skrooge 
finances management software has some issues. It does not display the main 
content for some languages (for example german). The site automatically 
switches to the laguage the browser suggests (for example redirecting to 
skrooge.org/de) regardless of whether or not the language content exists.
I think a default fallback to english would be better.
