6.4 announcement: (Re-)Add 'new_stuff.png'
I previously renamed this image to 'fullscreen_with_apps.png' as this is a
requirement for our screenshot banner images (which are referenced elsewhere on
the site).

I did not realise that the image was also being used in the body of the
article, which was then broken.

This commit copies the image so embedding it in the announcement body still
works, and the document source is unchanged so as to not break translation.
