Request for Assistance with KDE User ID Creation and Contribution to Localization

Dear KDE Team,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is  Bhanuprakash Kokku(Humbled
Neuron)  , and I am enthusiastic about contributing to KDE. However, I am
encountering an issue while attempting to create a new user ID on your
platform. It appears that the system is restricting me from completing the
registration process.

I am particularly interested in contributing to KDE apps by localizing them
into Telugu, as I believe this would help reach a broader audience and
enhance the accessibility of your software. I would also like to assist
with general development and maintenance of the apps if the opportunity
arises.

Could you please help me resolve the issue with user ID creation or guide
me on how to proceed? I am eager to get started and make meaningful
contributions to the KDE community.
