The binary artifacts for all CI builds on master/release branches (shown as
"protected" in Gitlab) for all mainline repositories (those in the
frameworks/multimedia/plasma/etc groups) are published by the CI system to
https://invent.kde.org/teams/ci-artifacts/
They are not intended for consumption by anything other than our CI systems
though and are completely unusable outside of it.

These artifacts are used though by the generation process for apps.kde.org
- with it fetching all of the Linux artifacts, unpacking them and
processing the appdata.xml files.
That is how the catalog on apps.kde.org is populated.
